Kundalini Yoga: Saturdays 10:00-11:00

A special and powerful style of yoga that uses Kriyas (specific sequence of yoga exercises) to elevate the energy from the base of the spine through the whole body. We focus especially on the spine, core and breath.

Kundalini Breath & Meditation: Saturdays 11:00-11:30

A special style of yoga that has incredible effects on mind and being. We use several methods of meditation (using breath, mudra, mantra and movement) to elevate our vibration, so that we have a more balanced and stable everyday life.

Yin Yoga: Not planned at the moment

Traditional Yin Yoga is a medical form of yoga that works on the whole body by stimulating the internal structures. Through its calm form, we effectively calm down the nervous system. With long holds of positions, we learn how to breathe deeply and be present.

YOGA in MÅLØY

Måløy Treningssenteret

 

Yin Yoga: Wednesdays 19:00-20:00

Traditional Yin Yoga is a medical form of yoga that works on the whole body by stimulating the internal structures. Through its calm form, we effectively calm down the nervous system. With long holds of positions, we learn how to breathe deeply and be present.

Calm Yoga: Fridays 12:00-12:45

During this hour, we work effectively with reduced mobility in the body. We make use of the enormeous health benefits of different styles of yoga, such as kundalini-movements and longer yin-holds, coming together in a soft flow without standing on or putting weight on our hands.
