Aromatherapy
During the retreat, we will explore the basics of aromatherapy
and how these principles and practices can be used for the good of body and mind.
You will get the opportunity to make your own roll-bottle and room-spray.

About Ellen
Ellen has a deep passion for Kundalini Yoga and for the connection between humans and nature, alongside a strong love for folklore, song, and the unseen world.
After moving to Iceland and later to Norway, her wish grew to weave yogic wisdom together with European spirituality and the primordial power found in our rich ancestry and roots.
Through the concept Kundalini X Paganism, Ellen creates spaces where we can follow the rhythms of nature and rediscover our place in the circle of life. She works with yoga, breath, ritual, and connection to the elements and spirits as pathways to inner peace and outer belonging.
After years of searching for belonging and a sense of home, she has come to accept that she is most at home in the borderlands, in the in-between.
Ellen wishes to inspire others to live more in tune with nature, to find balance within themselves, and to remember that we are all part of the same living whole.

What language will be spoken?
A mix of English and Norwegian.
What kind of food will we be eating?
Because of the nature and intention of the retreat,
will be be eating healthy vegetarian and vegan food.
We happily adjust to any food restrictions or allergies you might have. make sure to let us know!
What if I have never done yoga before?
The classes are suitable for beginners.
As long as you keep an open mind and listen you your body, you will do just fine.
