EVENT REGISTRATION TERMS
Applies to all retreats, workshops, day-events, and evening events
By registering for any event hosted by Ellen Wild / Re-Wild Retreats, you agree to the following terms.
Registration & Payment

All registrations are binding.

A registration is only considered valid once payment has been received.

If the event is not paid in full at the time of registration, a deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure your place.

This applies to all forms of registration, including personal messages, emails, or verbal agreements.
A message such as “I’m coming” is not considered a completed registration until payment (or deposit) has been received. -
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event start date.
If payment is not completed within the given timeframe, the organiser reserves the right to release the spot to someone else.
Please note that, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law, events and services provided on a fixed date are not subject to the standard right of withdrawal (angrerett).
Cancellation by the Organiser
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
This includes cancellation due to:

Low number of participants
-
Illness
-
Force majeure (for example extreme weather, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser’s control)
In such cases, you may also be offered a place at a rescheduled event, should one be arranged.
Cancellation by the Participant

The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your participation after registering, any payments made are non-refundable.

You may transfer your spot to another person, subject to agreement with the organiser.
Responsibility & Participation
All events are attended at your own responsibility.
Participants are responsible for listening to their own body, limits, and needs.
The activities offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
