The earth was turning away slowly from the sun when we arrived on the desolated beach. We settled for the show in that orange golden light.
It doesn’t matter how many times you watch dramatic sunsets like this, it never gets old.

To get to the beach, follow the westward road on the crossing of the roads to the village of Bolungarvík and Bolafjall Mountain. Be careful, there are many potholes in the road!
