Hiking and yoga in the fjords


On this 7-day group trip we will completely de-stress in the beautiful Norwegian fjord landscape. We combine a walking holiday with yoga in the fresh mountain air. Yoga and walking is a golden combination and the perfect complement to each other. Yoga helps to strengthen your muscles and makes you more flexible. It gives you energy and provides beneficial relaxation.

The yoga sessions are accessible to everyone.

Every morning we start with a yoga session, before breakfast. This session will be a more energetic form of yoga to start the day and get our body ready for the day's walk.

Every day we take beautiful and challenging walks in the dramatic Norwegian nature that surrounds us, with its rugged mountains and deep fjords.

In the afternoon, depending on the length of the walk, some free time or an optional extra yoga session is planned.

After a healthy but filling dinner, we end the day with a relaxing yin yoga session.

We stay in a completely renovated Norwegian farmhouse. The location is beautifully situated, in the woods at the foot of the mountains and the shore of the deepest lake in Europe, Hornindalvatnet. 1 of the former barns was converted into a yoga room, an oasis of peace. The old farm house has spacious communal areas, where we spend time between walking and yoga classes. In addition, there is also a lot of space outside and we immerse ourselves in the Norwegian 'friluftliv': the love of the Norwegians for the outdoors.
